What you can do if the syncing process is taking a lot of time:-

Solution : -   
  1. Please follow the process as mentioned below :-           
  2. Please check the time and date of your system, if it is showing wrong then correct it.         
  3. Check the size of data folder should be around 37.5 gb. (As per The ICT Manual)
  4. There should be no data folder inside of data folder.
  5. If the data folder is not created inside the data folder, then check whether the seven components have been installed by command 
docker ps -a
  1. After that restart the system and start the syncing process again.
  2. (In this process, we will not do the process of token verification again, we will only do the process of customer support again.)
  3. If seven components have not arrived then please follow the troubleshooting step no.(A) 
A. All 7 Names not coming in Point 6 of section 2.5 Installing the PAL software
Solution :-
  1. Download install_docker_ffmpeg_others.sh
  2. Download run_image_linux.sh
  3. Transfer both files to the “Documents/delivery” folder, Open the terminal in the folder “Documents/delivery”, and execute the command :-

./install_docker_ffmpeg_others.sh
  1. It will take around 10-15 mins for this process to complete.
  2. Open the terminal in the folder “Documents/delivery”, and execute the command :-

./run_image_linux.sh 
  1. It will take around 5-10 Mins for this process to complete.
  2. Now start from section 3- school registration on CG LMS.
  3. Please note this :  
  4. “The syncing process totally depends upon internet speed.”
  5. “If the data folder is created inside the data folder then follow these process":-
  6. Open the terminal in documents/delivery and run these command :-
mv data data1
mv ./data1/data .
  1. (After that run the command in Document/Delivery, if you see two data folders in Document/Delivery then check the data folder size and delete the smaller size data folder.)
  2. Then reinstall ICT and sync again.( please verify the token )
