Light is red on Pi but T.V not displaying content

Light is red on Pi but T.V not displaying content

Step-1
Check the HDMI cable connecting to Pi & TV is working fine.

Step-2
Try putting another Card by CG into the PI.

Note- This situation generally arises when someone shut down the Pi navigating through TV screen in this scenario Pi stops processing (gets Switched off) but its light still glows because it is connected to a power source.
