To resolve this issues, please follow the process described below:-
1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.
2- Go to Settings.
3- Go to Apps.
4- Click on Settings Icon.
5-Click on Draw over other Apps.
6- Click on CG Slate B2B.
7- Enable Permit Drawing over other apps.
8- Go back to settings by pressing Back Key.
9-Click on Security.
10- Click on App with usage access.
11- Click on CG Slate B2B
12- Enable Permit Usage access.
