To Diagnose the real reason behind this,Please follow the process described below:-


1-Try to charge it with another working charger, if it works you need to replace the old charger with a newer one. (If problem still persists, see step 2).

2- Check if USB slot is in good condition, if not then you have to get it changed and if the USB slot in good condition and still problem persists, see step 3.

3- You need to get your device repaired from the authorized service centre.
