  Get School data is an internet dependent process,When the internet speed is low or connection is unstable it will show this error. Always keep your Facilitator App updated in order to avoid this issue.

• Unable to create new student account

  To resolve this issue please contact our helpline 011-40747485 (Mon-Fri, 10AM-6PM). Please keep the roll number and project name handy for seamless experience.

• Post Push Update - Upgraded features show on tablet, but version number on Get School Data still shows the old number

  Perform Send report once from the tablet.

• My Device is lost or stolen

  My Device is lost or stolen If your Device is lost or stolen by someone immediately inform your Admin about the incident and buy a New Device.

• My device is broken

  My device is broken If your Device is broken then first of all inform your “Admin” about the issue after that you can buy a new device.
