Not able to catch the monster

  1. Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable.

  2. Ensure that you have completed all the stages in the mission and that they are green and not any other colour.

  3. Restart the SwiftPAL app to clear any session errors.

  4. Try logging out and logging back in to refresh the level state.

  5. If you still cannot catch the monster, report the issue to the support team.
