Something went wrong even after (even after entering correct licence)

Something went wrong even after (even after entering correct licence)

To resolve the above problem please follow the step below :-

  1. Ask to Delete the CG Slate app.

  2. Reinstall the CG slate App.



If problem persist follow the step below

  1.  Create the list of roll no, license associated with hardware id of the device. 

  2. Go to the dashboard (LMS) and perform reset GAID.

  3. Perform delink Device.

  4. Ask to Delete the CG Slate app

  5. Reinstall the CG slate App

  6. Provide a new licence.

Note:- It would take around 48 hours to resolve this
