System related issues(सिस्टम से संबंधित मुद्दे) in MB_ICT_PAL_Rajasthan.

1. While turning on the ICT system screen shows Initramfs(FSCK) error(आईसीटी सिस्टम स्क्रीन चालू करते समय Initramfs(FSCK) त्रुटि दिखाई देती है):-

1. If you are getting this error message on screen, please follow the process as mentioned below(यदि आपको स्क्रीन पर यह त्रुटि संदेश मिल रहा है, तो कृपया नीचे बताई गई प्रक्रिया का पालन करें):-

3. In this scenario , we have to follow the process as shown in Youtube link(इस परिदृश्य में, हमें यूट्यूब लिंक में दिखाए अनुसार प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा):-

5. Type this command(यह कमांड टाइप करें).

   fsck
7. And after that press the Enter button for running this command.(और उसके बाद इस कमांड को चलाने के लिए Enter बटन दबाएँ।).
   
8. After that Type this command(इसके बाद इस कमांड को टाइप करें).

   fsck /dev/sda2

1. { please check this in computer screen which error you get as like:- sda1 ,sda2, sda3, sda4, sda5 (कृपया इसे कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन में जांचें कि आपको कौन सी त्रुटि मिलती है जैसे:- sda1 ,sda2, sda3, sda4, sda5) }.
   
2. And after that press the Enter button for running this command.(और उसके बाद इस कमांड को चलाने के लिए Enter बटन दबाएँ।)
   
3. After running the Fsck command , System will ask multiple times (Yes) or (No) ,Please press (Y) and enter the button.(Fsck कमांड चलाने के बाद, सिस्टम कई बार (हां) या (नहीं) पूछेगा, कृपया (Y) दबाएं और बटन दर्ज करें।)

2. After that Type this command(इसके बाद इस कमांड को टाइप करें)

   reboot

1. And after that press the Enter button for running this command.(और उसके बाद इस कमांड को चलाने के लिए Enter बटन दबाएँ।)
   
2. After that please restart the ICT system manually.(उसके बाद कृपया आईसीटी प्रणाली को मैन्युअल रूप से पुनः आरंभ करें।)

After that this error does not get resolved {ICT system screen shows Initramfs(FSCK) error},then please contact the System Administrator / AMC. (उसके बाद यह त्रुटि हल नहीं होती है {ICT सिस्टम स्क्रीन Initramfs(FSCK) त्रुटि दिखाती है}, तो कृपया सिस्टम प्रशासक / AMC से संपर्क करें।)

2. At time of system boot / on the computer screen shows screen with below errors(सिस्टम बूट के समय/कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर निम्न त्रुटियों वाली स्क्रीन दिखाई देती है) :-

Solution(समाधान) :-

1. Please wait for a few minutes and if the issue remains the same , Please contact the System Administrator / AMC. (कृपया कुछ मिनट प्रतीक्षा करें और यदि समस्या वैसी ही बनी रहती है, तो कृपया सिस्टम प्रशासक/एएमसी से संपर्क करें।)
   
   

3. While turning on the system it shows below error(सिस्टम चालू करते समय यह निम्न त्रुटि दिखाता है) :-

Solution(समाधान) :-

1. As per  the image Hard disk is not being detected (छवि के अनुसार हार्ड डिस्क का पता नहीं चल रहा है)

2. Shutdown the server and turn it on again.(सर्वर बंद करें और इसे फिर से चालू करें।)

1. Reset the HDD cable with help of the System Administrator / AMC.(सिस्टम एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर/एएमसी की मदद से एचडीडी केबल को रीसेट करें।)

4. When the Wi-fi /Internet is not connecting in the ICT system(जब आईसीटी सिस्टम में वाई-फाई/इंटरनेट कनेक्ट नहीं हो रहा हो):-

Solution(समाधान) :-

• Please follow the process as mentioned below(कृपया नीचे बताई गई प्रक्रिया का पालन करें):-

• If you are unable to connect to wifi, USB tethering, or the wifi is not getting detected, disconnecting, again and again.(यदि आप वाईफ़ाई, यूएसबी टेदरिंग से कनेक्ट नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, या वाईफ़ाई का पता नहीं चल रहा है, बार-बार डिस्कनेक्ट हो रहा है।)

• Use the two commands below to restart networking services.(नेटवर्किंग सेवाओं को पुनः आरंभ करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए दो कमांड का उपयोग करें।)

• Open the terminal on the desktop.(डेस्कटॉप पर टर्मिनल खोलें.)

• Copy this command and paste in the desktop terminal.(इस कमांड को कॉपी करें और डेस्कटॉप टर्मिनल में पेस्ट करें।

• sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service

• And after that press the Enter button for running this command.(और उसके बाद इस कमांड को चलाने के लिए Enter बटन दबाएँ।)

• After that run this command(इसके बाद इस कमांड को रन करें)

  sudo service network-manager restart
  
  

• And after that press the Enter button for running this command.(और उसके बाद इस कमांड को चलाने के लिए Enter बटन दबाएँ।)

• After that even if the problem is not resolved then please contact The System Administrator / AMC.(उसके बाद भी यदि समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता है तो कृपया सिस्टम एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर/एएमसी से संपर्क करें।)

5. How to fix GRUB Issue in Ubuntu(उबंटू में GRUB समस्या को कैसे ठीक करें) :-

Solution(समाधान) :-

• If GRUB menu appears(यदि GRUB मेनू प्रकट होता है)

• You can type 'exit' and enter it might boot normal Ubuntu  (not permanent solution){आप 'बाहर निकलें' टाइप कर सकते हैं और इसे दर्ज कर सकते हैं, यह सामान्य उबंटू को बूट कर सकता है (स्थायी समाधान नहीं)}

• After that even if the problem is not resolved then please contact The System Administrator / AMC.(उसके बाद भी यदि समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता है तो कृपया सिस्टम एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर/एएमसी से संपर्क करें।)
