The battery of my device is draining too fast


To resolve this issue follow the steps described below:-


1- Remove the device from its cover if any.

2- Check if it is heating up near SD card slot.

3- If it is heating up near the SD card slot open it.

4- Remove SD card and Inform your Admin about the same.

5- If problem still persists you need to take it to nearest service center.
