The Internet is connected but unable to run PAL

  1. Ensure your internet connection is active and working.

  2. In the case of desktop app, on your computer, open fast.com or speedtest.net to see the net speed.

  3. In case of the Android app, check the icon that is shown inside the SwiftPAL app


It should not show 'Poor'
Restart your SwifPAL App and try running it again.
If the issue persists, report the issue to the support team with the evidence.
