If you are facing with this issue please follow the following process to resolve it.


1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Enter Admin Pin.

3- Go to Settings.

4- Go to Apps

5- Go to Manage Apps

6- Click on Options Icon (3 dotted lines on top right side on the screen ).

7- Click on Reset app preferences.

8- Click on Reset Apps.
