When the Wi-fi /Internet is not connecting or downloads failing:-

Solution :-

1. Please follow the process as mentioned below:-
   
2. If you are unable to connect to wifi, USB tethering, or the wifi is not getting detected, disconnecting, again and again
   
3. use the two commands below to restart networking services:-                    
   

 sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service

1. Run this next :-

  sudo service network-manager restart
