Why can't I see my teacher's name on the bot?
- Please confirm whether the teacher is a new joiner or has recently transferred from another school.
- If yes, kindly check if their details are updated on the UDISE portal.
Please note that the bot retrieves teacher names from the UDISE portal.
- If the information isn’t updated there, the name may not appear in the chatbot.
- Once the update is made in the state database, the data generally reflects within 2 weeks.
- If the details are updated on the UDISE portal, but their name still does not appear after 2 weeks. So, please confirm their basic details, like email ID, UDISE code, and Teacher code and raise the issue with the internal team. Also, inform them that they will be notified by email.
