Class is not visible on the bot — what should be done?
Please verify whether the class information and student enrollment are correctly updated on the State Education Portal.
- If already updated: If the details are updated on the UDISE portal, please confirm their basic details, like email ID, UDISE code, and Teacher code and raise the issue with the internal team. Also, inform them that they will be notified by email.
- If not updated: Kindly ensure the data is updated at the earliest. Once updated, please allow 2 weeks for the class to be reflected on the bot.
- Till then, you may continue recording attendance in the school's manual register.
