Students are not promoted to the next grade or class?
First, please check whether grade progression has been completed for your state in the state database.
- If progression is completed: The system will reflect promoted students after syncing with the State Portal. If the data is correct on the portal, kindly wait up to 14 working days for the bot to update.
- If progression is not completed: Please ensure promotion details are updated on the State Portal. Once done, the promoted student list will reflect in the bot within 2 weeks.
