Every time I open CG Slate App It asks for License & Project name
Every time I open CG Slate App It asks for License & Project name
To resolve this issue,please follow the process described below:-
1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.
3- Go to Settings.
4- Go to Security
5- Click on Screen Lock.
6- Change the Screen lock from None to Slide
7- Change again the screen lock from Slide to None.
8- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.
9- Restart the device.
10- Call CG Helpline on +9111-41123239 and tell your Device Serial number to get the license & project name associated with your device.
11- License your device using provided License & Project name.(To know how to license your device please refer to Licensing CG Slate article.)
