Downloading,Installing & Configuring App lock

Downloading App Lock:-There are 3 ways to download and install App lock on your device.

1- Downloading App Lock via Play Store.

1- Connect your device with Internet. (Article on how to connect your device with Internet)

2- Go to the Home Screen by pressing the Home key.

3- Click on Menu.

4- Click on Play store icon.

5- Type App Lock in the search bar.

6- Scroll Down and look for this Icon.

7- Click on Install icon.

8- Click on Accept.

9- Your App lock has been installed.

10- Click on Open to open the app and configure it.

2- Installing App lock App using Share-it.

Note- Installing App lock using Share-it consist of 2 steps.you need 2 devices in order to proceed, the first will have App lock installed using play store and the second one will be the one in which you need to install the App lock.

To download App lock in first device use the process mentioned above i.e using Play Store.

A- Sending App lock from 1st device

1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Click on Menu.

3- Click on Share-it

4- Click on Send.

5- Click on App Lock.

6- Click on Send.

7- Click on Open.

8- Green Tick indicates Bluetooth is open and we are ready to proceed.

9- Click on Next.

10- Click on Device name to which you are sending App lock App.

11- This indicates that the App lock file has been sent to the receiving  device.

B- Receiving App lock App using Share-it

1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Click on Menu.

4- Click on Receive.

5- This screen will come, it means you are now ready to receive the App lock App.

6- This progress bar will come which means receiving App lock app is in progress.

7- Click on Install 

8- Click on Accept

9- Your App lock app is installed now, Click on Run to launch and configure it.

3- App Installation Using OTG 

Note- To install App lock from OTG first you need to download the file from the link App Lock. 

1- Go to the Home Screen by pressing the Home key.

3- Click on Menu.

3- Click on File browser

4- Click on External Storage 1

5- Click on App Lock.

6- Click on Next.

7- Click on Just Once.

8- Click on Install.

9- This screen will come with Installing message.

10- Click on Open, it will take you to App lock configuration screen.

Configuring & Using App Lock

1- After installing App Lock when you click on Launch/Open, this screen will come and will ask you to set Master Pin

2- Create a unique pin and note it somewhere.

3- Enter again the same pin in order to confirm it.

4- Click on + Icon.

5- Click on the circled icon.

6- The button will turn blue which means App lock for Settings & Package installer has been enabled.

7- Click on + Symbol.

8- Click on OK.

9- Click on App lock.

10- Click on OK.

11- Enter the Pin which you had set initially.

12- The Button will turn Blue.

13- Click Back key.

14- This screen will come which means your App lock configuration is completed.

Now Press the home key and restart the device your App lock configuration has done.
