Push Updates - Upgrades do not work easily. Often, one or more tablets do not get upgraded in each school and require multiple tries. There is no error message to understand what goes wrong
Push updates from facilitator app are different than of Updates on the Tablets Note:- Push update is meant to Update Pi only.
Post Push Update - Upgraded features show on tablet, but version number on Get School Data still shows the old number
Perform Send report once from the tablet.
Facilitator App is unable to find the School Raspberry Pi network
Step-1 Check if Tablets are showing the network. Step-2 Check the WiFi settings of the facilitator app, Make sure it is on. (WiFi setting of device should be Switched on). Step-3 Restart the Pi & Try again.

Sometimes, if the tablets are not connected to the Pi, many of the IDs do not display on the landing screen
It is not a bug but a feature of CG Slate:- If not connected to Pi, Tablet only displays the profiles that were last logged in from that tablet.

If the old features are coming after upgrading the app it itself indicates that the app has not been upgraded in such cases restart the device and upgrade again.
Student Login does not show up in other tablets if student forgets to log out and presses back on the Android. Other tablets when tried simultaneously,crash. Sometimes, the same login id is seen as active on two tablets
It is not a bug but a feature to avoid Data duplication. If same Ids are showing as active on two different tablets then at least one of them is not connected to Pi.
What if a student ID is deleted? Can it be recovered?
Yes! Just create the Student ID with same roll number,It will fetch the synced data from Pi.
How to reconcile Student Data (duplicate IDs)
Duplicate Id's Cannot be reconciled.

Get School data is an internet dependent process,When the internet speed is low or connection is unstable it will show this error. Always keep your Facilitator App updated in order to avoid this issue.
