This document consists of basic guidelines which is needed to follow while asking for Hardware replacement/repair from CG .

Things which not covered under warranty
1- Physically damaged Tablets
2- Liquid damaged Tablets
3- Tablets which were repaired from third party vendors instead of Lenovo authorized service center
Things which void the warranty terms
1- Getting tablet repaired from third party vendors instead of Lenovo authorized service center
2- Spilling any type of liquid over the tablet
3- Physically tampering the tablet
Mandatory steps to follow at the time of tablet submission
1- Note down the hardware id
2- Remove the SD card
3- Write the last four digits of the hardware id on the SD card, so that the SD card can be inserted in the same tablet
Post service instructions
1- After collecting tablets, please check if the issues get resolved or not.
2- If the motherboard gets changed then please drop us a mail with ID checker App’s screenshot and get it submitted to your Admin/PO.
3- When motherboard gets changed, we need to install CG Slate app again in it, so submit it to your Admin/PO and ask us to install CG Slate app in it.
