CG Slate App hangs in the middle of an upgrade and also in the middle of using

Step-1
Check Internal and open apps, Internal free memory should be more than 4 GB.

To Check Internal Storage of Tablet,please follow the process provided below:-

1)Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2) Enter Master Pin.

3) Go to Settings.

4) Go to Storage.

5) Check Available Space.

Step-2
It is mandatory to close All running apps while performing Upgrade.

Note:-Whenever you Upgrade any App it basically install the whole app from and if the same app is running at the same time it will crash as it will reinstalling in background.
