If you are facing this issue while updating CG Slate, please follow the process described below:-


1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Enter Admin Pin.

3- Go to Settings.

4- Go to Security.


5- Click on Unknown sources.


6- An alert message will come , you have to click on “OK”.

7- Unknown Sources button will become Blue when it gets switched on.

8- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

9- Try again the App updation process .
