How to perform “Report issue Process”.

If you are asked to perform “Report Issue Process” , please follow the process described below:-


Important Note:- It is necessary to connect with Internet while performing “Report issue process”.(Link to the Article)


1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Enter Admin Pin.

3- Go to Settings.

4- Go to Apps.

5- Go to Manage Apps.

6- Go to All apps (By Swiping left on Screen).

7- Click on CG Slate.

8- Click on Manage Space.

9- Click on Add a New issue.

10- Enter your mobile number.

11- Enter your problem.

12- Click on Submit.

13- You will get the details of your raised ticket on the Device’s screen.


Bonus:- You will also get the ticket information in form of SMS from our side.
