• Get School Data - Logs very often do not get downloaded (They show a red cross)

  Get School data is an internet dependent process,When the internet speed is low or connection is unstable it will show this error. Always keep your Facilitator App updated in order to avoid this issue.

• Facilitator App is unable to find the School Raspberry Pi network

  Step-1 Check if Tablets are showing the network. Step-2 Check the WiFi settings of the facilitator app, Make sure it is on. (WiFi setting of device should be Switched on). Step-3 Restart the Pi & Try again.
