How to raise a ticket from the Student page in the SwiftPal app
Solution:-
To raise a ticket from the Student page, Please click on Flag icon in right side corner of the screen
What should you include in your content ticket submission:-
Please raise your issue by selecting the appropriate option or by typing the issue related to the specific video or question.
Ensure that you describe the issue in detail so our team can understand and resolve it effectively.
After raising the ticket, you will receive a ticket number. Please note this number for future tracking and to check the current status with the User Success team.
