How to Raise a Ticket from the Admin Page in the SwiftPAL App
To raise a ticket from the Admin page, Click on the Three Vertical Dots (Kebab Menu)
Click on Admin section icon
Enter the Admin Password
Submit the Issue Using the Feedback Form
Enter Your Details to Submit the Ticket
After raising the ticket, you will receive a ticket number. Please note this number for future tracking and to check the current status with the User Success team.
