I have forgot my student password /How to reset password of a student?

  1. After 3 incorrect login attempts, the "Forgot your password" option will appear.

  2. Select the "Forgot your Password" option.

  3. Enter the last four digits of the student ID for verification.

  4. If successful, you will be asked to select a new fruit and animal for the password reset.

  5. Now you can login into your student account with new password.

If the process doesn't work, report the issue with necessary details using the format:

  • Program Code:

  • Admin Code (if applicable):

  • Student Grade (if applicable):

  • Student Code (if applicable):

  • Subject (if applicable):

  • Level (if applicable):

  • Mission Name (if applicable):

  • Stage Number (if applicable):

  • Photo/Video Evidence (if applicable):
