Login Error / Invalid Credentials

Solution :

1. If this error message comes while running the command in the terminal, please follow the process as mentioned below:-

Step 1 >

Remove Installed ICT

1. Open the terminal in the folder “Documents/delivery”, and execute the command  
   

 ./remove_all_linux.sh

If error occurs “ -bash: ./remove_all_linux.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: no such file or directory”  

1.   Install tool to convert files from dos to Unix format
   

sudo apt-get install dos2unix 

1.  Convert the wrong format file from dos to Unix
   

dos2unix remove_all_linux.sh

Step 2 > 

Reinstall ICT

3. Transfer both files to the “Documents/delivery” folder,
   
4. Open the terminal in the folder “Documents/delivery”, and execute the command

./install_docker_ffmpeg_others.sh   

1. It will take around 10-15 Mins for this process to complete
   
2.  Open the terminal in the folder “Documents/delivery”, and execute the command
   

./run_image_linux.sh

1.  It will take around 5-10 mins for this process to complete . Now start from section 3- school registration on CG LMS.
   

After that even if the problem is not resolved then please contact The CG support team.
