Video is not playing or stuck in SwiftPAL

  1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.

  2. If the internet is stable, restart your Chrome browser and try playing the video again.

  3. Clear your browser cache to remove any corrupted files that may prevent the video from playing.

  4. If the video is still not playing, report the issue to the supports team using the format and include any available evidence, like error messages.
