After you enter your registration code and click "Confirm," the app begins a critical process called Content Extraction. This sets up the educational videos and 3D simulations on your device.
Be Patient: This process can take several minutes depending on your computer's speed.
Do Not Close: Do not close the app or turn off your computer while extraction is running.
When to Restart: If the screen has not moved for more than 10-15 minutes, close the app completely, restart it, and try the registration process one more time.
