What should I do if the GShala+ installation stops or freezes before it is finished?
If the installation process is interrupted or fails to complete, do not attempt to run the application immediately. Follow these steps to ensure a clean setup:
Remove existing files: Fully uninstall the partial application and delete any temporary installation files as described in the uninstallation manual.
Check requirements: Ensure your computer has enough space (70 GB) and a stable connection (if downloading).
Restart: Once the old files are removed, restart the installation process from the beginning using the installer file.

If everything is correct and the issue still persists, please contact our technical support team with the required details, (or) call our helpline number 011-40747485 to raise your concern.
