Clear Data Process in CG Slate

If you are asked to perform “Clear Data Process” , please follow the process described below:-


Important Note:- It is necessary to connect with Internet while performing “Clear Data process”.(Link to the Article)


1- Go to Home Screen by pressing Home key.

2- Enter Admin Pin.

3- Go to Settings.

4- Go to Apps.

5- Go to Manage Apps.

6- Go to All apps.

7- Click on CG Slate.

8- Click on Manage Space.

9- Click on Clear Data.

10-Click on “Yes”

11- Go back by clicking Back key

12- Click on Clear cache.

13- Restart the Device.
