What to do when the Teacher code is not working, or it is showing "Invalid teacher code"?

- Please ensure that your Teacher ID is entered correctly and there are no unnecessary spaces in it.
- Kindly reconfirm your ID from official school records.
- If the code is still not working:
 a) It may be due to outdated information on the UDISE portal.
 b) We request that you ensure that your details are updated correctly on the UDISE Portal.
 c) Once updated, the issue should be resolved within 15 working days.

- If the details are updated on the UDISE portal 2 weeks ago, but still, their teacher's code is not working. So, please confirm your basic details, like email ID, UDISE code, and teacher code and raise the issue with the internal team. Also, inform them that they will be notified by email.
