What to do when the UDISE code is not working, or it is showing "Invalid UDISE code"?

What to do when the UDISE code is not working, or it is showing "Invalid UDISE code"?

- Please make sure that the 11-digit UDISE code is entered correctly, without any extra spaces before, within, or after the code.
- Kindly cross-check the UDISE code from your school’s official records.

- If the School code is correct but still not working:
 a) The school’s UDISE data might not be updated on the State database.
 b) We request that you contact your school administration or the state department for assistance.
 c) Once the school code is updated on the state database, it may take up to 14 working days for the change to reflect in the chatbot.
