When The ICT system does not recognize the SD card:-

Solution :-                    
  1. Please follow the process as mentioned below:-
      (a) Some old Ubuntu systems may not recognize SD cards. (Possibly due to SD cards having an exFAT files system)
      (b) To check if the system has the kernel that can recognize exFAT storage devices, run this command on the Ubuntu terminal:
uname -r
      (c) Output: 4.15.0-142-generic (This kernel version 4.15 is older than version 5.4)
      (d) If the version number is less then 5.4, use the following command to install the service needed to read exFAT files (needs internet)
sudo apt install exfat-fuse exfat-utils
      (e) Remove and insert the SD card again. The system should now detect it
      (f) If the version is the same or newer than 5.4, re-insert the SD card, and check the SD card reader connection in the system. If it remains undetected, contact technical support.     
After that even if the problem is not resolved then please contact The CG support team.
