When video sound is not coming in ICT system then follow this process :-

Solution : -
  1. Please follow the process as mentioned below:

Please check the speaker and speaker wire in the computer system. 

Please check youtube sound is coming or not coming.

      (a) If Youtube sound is coming :-
  1. Follow the reinstall Chromium browser process.
  2. After that run this command 

sudo apt install ffmpeg
  1. After that please restart the system 
  2. And again check it
  3. Also you can take anydesk / teamviewer access
  4. After that start the content video and you will hear the content sound.

      (b) If youtube sound is not coming

  1. Then please confirm where sound is not coming Server or N-Computing . 
  2. If N-Computing then you have to install the N-Computing software with the help of AMC Vendor.

After that even if the problem is not resolved then please contact The CG support team.
